The 21 Day Challenge

The Fitness Ethic believes nutrition and diet are extremely important components fitness.  Some people say abs are made in the kitchen or abs are 80% diet and 20% fitness, and after seeing these results we cannot argue (Check out Giovanni’s transformation.)  However, the purpose of The 21 Day Challenge is not who can lose the most weight, but to cleanse and re-set your body for optimal digestion and metabolization of nutrients.

Our team likes to do the challenge at least twice a year to rid our bodies of all the toxins and junk slowing down our progress.  The pictures speak louder than words that clearly this 21 day process works.  Look out for the next time our team is doing the challenge together, or contact us if you are interested in starting sooner.
