The Fitness Ethic was founded in the belief that our brand would be more than FITNESS: It would an ETHIC. That idea has never been more important than it is today.
Our doors may be closed, but we’re doing everything to empower our community in their fitness journey until we can reopen.
We’re creating at-home versions of your favorite Fitness Ethic workouts that you can stream live or on-demand now. These workouts are specifically created to use minimal or optional equipment so you can stay active at home. Our team is working hard to create more support for you at home to stay in the Fitness Ethic mindset through this difficult time.
Personal and semi-personal members, your coaches will be in touch with details on how to keep progressing in your training. Anyone interested in signing up for virtual personal or semi-personal trainers contact us here.
We hope that you’ll keep your membership active during this virtual period if you can. For those of you who keep your memberships active, we will not forget your support during this time once we reopen. We hope we can open our doors again after April 30th as planned, but we’ll stay in touch and continue to find ways to support you if official mandates change.
We intend to support our trainers, as well as the independent trainers that rent space from us during this time. The coming weeks could have a devastating impact on our business. Every dollar that comes in from membership will help minimize the financial impact.
That said, everyone is experiencing hardship right now. If you want to freeze your account, you can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, Subject: Pause Membership. Please know that our billing systems are overwhelmed and we cannot issue refunds but will be able to immediately stop further billing upon request.
Keep an eye out for more information and more opportunities to train. Our schedule is up through April 30th.
We look forward to taking this time to focus on mobility in our programs and moving every day during the quarantine. Thank you for sticking with us during this extraordinary time. We’re in this together, and we’ll get through it together. This is more than fitness, it’s an ethic. Talk to you soon familia.
